Presented on 13 October 2015 to the Third Sector Impact Project’s (TSI) Midterm Stakeholders Seminar titled “Emerging Observations and Discussion Groups on Opportunities for Third Sector Participation in EU Policy Making” in Brussels, this presentation summarizes the conceptualization of the Third Sector and the challenges and benefits of measuring this sector in Europe.
